Usage Instructions:
Take 1 capsule with a full glass of water before bedtime. Increase your serving size by one capsule every other day until you achieve your desired results.
Do not exceed 3 capsules per day unless directed by your health care practitioner. Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water throughout the day.
To take as a tea, empty the capsule into hot/warm water. Add honey for flavor.
